Important Shipping Information
During checkout, you will be presented with shipping costs; these are not the actual costs you are paying. We will adjust the shipping cost based on weight and destination after we prepared your orders. Your Credit Card will be charged after we calculate the shipping cost and adjusted your invoice total amount.
We recommend shipping via UPS because it provides better package tracking and guarantee.
We often ship orders via UPS instead of United States Postal Service whenever necessary.
We do not offer USPS First-Class Mail.

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the Continental United States:

We offer the following shipping options for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, and U.S. Possessions:

Shipping Options for International Destinations
We offer the following shipping options for orders outside the United States:
| USPS First Class Mail | may take 2 – 3 weeks |
| USPS Priority Mail | may take 1 – 2 weeks |
| USPS Express Mail | may take 1 – 7 business days |
The following applies to all orders regardless of destination:
- Our minimum shipping charge (the actual shipping cost rounded up to a whole dollar amount plus packing/handling fee) is $6.50
- Shipping charges are determined at the time of shipping. They are based upon weight, service type, and destination.
- Upon request, we will provide an estimate of the shipping charges in advance.
- Insurance is provided for an additional fee upon request only
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit
- Delivery times provided above are an estimate only and are not guaranteed
- Most in stock items ship within one working day
- Same day shipping is usually available on orders received before noon PST.
- Shipping via other carriers such as Federal Express, DHL, UPS International, etc. is available only if the recipient has a shipper account with the carrier requested.
- In the event a provided account number is no longer usable or fraudulent, we reserve the right to charge the customer the full amount of the freight costs, rounded up to the nearest dollar.
- Customer is responsible for all applicable duties, customs fees, and VAT.
- Sales Tax is charged on orders shipped to an address within California
