Returns Policy
All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds.
Should a part be received that is incorrect or out of spec, you must contact Amidon within 7 days upon receipt of the package to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns received without an RMA will not be accepted.
Incorrect or non-conforming parts will be exchanged at our expense.
Please note that we are not liable for loss or damage which occurs in transit. These claims are the responsibility of the carrier. Note that the postal service only accepts claims on Express Packages or packages sent insured. Liability by the carrier is limited to $100 per package unless a higher value is declared and additional insurance is purchased at the time of shipping. We will only declare a higher value and insure a shipment if it requested by the customer at the time the order is placed. Once a carrier claim is approved we will, at our option, replace the items or issue a refund. Any credit issued for $10 or less is available as a store credit only.
Order cancellations or returns are generally not allowed for reasons other than non-conformance. If a cancellation or return is approved, there will generally be a re-stocking fee of 25% and there may be a price differential charge if special quantity pricing was given at the time the order was placed.
