Privacy Notice

Amidon Associates, Inc. will never rent, sell, or share our customer information with any third party. We do not maintain a mailing list nor do we send any unsolicited e-mail. We only contact our customers as necessary to process and complete their orders or respond to a customer inquiry.

On occasion it is necessary for us to release information about a customer to a freight forwarder, common carrier, or customs broker in order to complete an order.

We will only release customer information to law enforcement or government officials when it is deemed necessary for the safety of persons or packages or when we are forced to comply with an order of the court. Customer information may be released to collection agencies or the court if it is necessary to do so in order to collect on an unpaid debt.

If a customer has advised us regarding their preference to be contacted by phone, email, or fax, we will make our best effort to comply with this request.
